We offer in-store collection at our Chadstone store. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be collected.

Same Day Melbourne Metro Delivery

Orders placed on Saturdays after 9:30AM, Sundays and public holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Same Day delivery is available for select Melbourne Metro areas only.

Place your order before 12 noon to receive your parcel on the same day – as some orders/locations may be delivered later in the evening, please do not order for delivery to a business address if the business is closed after 5pm.

International customers receive Free Shipping for orders over $199 AUD. Our international shipping service window is 5-25 days, depending on where you are located, and this could be longer during peak seasons.

International orders under our Free Shipping threshold will be charged a $20 AUD For New Zealand and $30 AUD for all other destinations. Please note, that duties and taxes are respective to your order value and destination country.

Domestic Orders

  • In the case you’ve received damaged items in transit, please contact us at within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We’ll then assess the case and arrange for the return of the damaged items.
  • In the case your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact Australia Post directly who will be able to assist you. If you need additional assistance, please contact and we will do our best to help.
  • Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout. All undeliverable packages will be subject to return shipping costs.

International Orders & Custom Information

  • International delivery times may vary depending on the customs office of the arrival country, and their individual processing times.
  • We are unable to accept responsibility for any loss or damage while the items are in the postal system for international deliveries. We wrap each order with care to ensure maximum protection of the item/s in transit.
  • All international orders are subject to VAT and additional customs fees upon delivery. These fees are determined by customs officials and all custom fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout. All undeliverable packages will be subject to return shipping costs.

How to make a return or exchange for online purchases

If you wish to request a return or exchange of your TC item, please follow the below steps:

Terms & Conditions For Online Purchases

  • Please select your purchases with much love and care as we do not offer refunds/ returns/ exchanges on Earrings for change of mind or incorrect purchases due to safety and hygiene reasons.TC can only process exchanges or returns for Earrings and Final Sale Items in the event that they are received in a faulty or damaged condition.Please advise of this within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
  • Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash or credit (this includes return), and no change will be given. You are deemed to have accepted this policy upon the purchase of our gift vouchers. No refunds can be accepted for the change of mind for the purchase of gift vouchers.
  • For all other items (this excludes earrings), we will only accept exchanges within 14 days of your purchase date.
  • The cost of returning piece/s is to be paid by the customer. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition. All pieces must be returned in their original packaging.
  • It’s recommended that your return parcel is tracked, and to provide us with your tracking number. TC does not accept responsibility for returned items lost in the postal system.
  • We reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial.
  • By purchasing from, you accept these terms and conditions. Returns/exchanges are processed within 7 days upon receiving the package at our Head Office. Upon receipt, our team will inspect the returned item and where our return policies have not been followed the team will reach out to the customer immediately. Once your item has been processed for return, you’ll receive a confirmation email.


For holiday orders purchased online between Nov. 1st and Dec 31st, faulty returns and exchanges will be accepted through to Jan 15th. This EXCLUDES change of mind for earrings due to safety and hygiene reasons. Thank you for your continued support and understanding. When shopping with TC using Afterpay, the payment arrangement is made with Afterpay and they will approve payments at time of order. The first payment will be charged at the time of purchase. The full payment schedule will be provided to you at time of purchase by Afterpay.

Any failed payments will be charged a late fee of $10, and if still overdue after an additional 7 days a further $7 will be charged.

Designed to last, our pieces are plated and tarnishing is a natural process. This will happen over time, with wear.

Extend the wear of your pieces with our CARE Recommendations:

  • Store in a cool, dry area, out of the sun
  • Best taken off to sleep
  • Keep your jewellery dry and do not expose the pieces to excess sweat, perfumes, lotions or hair products.
  • Use a polishing cloth to maintain the shine of your Sterling Silver pieces.
  • Use a soft cloth to wipe your 14K Gold Plated pieces.

What is Gold Vermeil?


We use a vermeil, a type of gold jewellery with a Sterling Silver base encased in a thick 40mil gold layer. The gold layer on vermeil is much thicker than a standard gold plated jewellery, and therefore will be less likely to fade and tarnish. More elevated & long lasting than your standard gold plated jewellery, wear everyday to make your memories in.

How to care for you Vermeil?

To ensure the long wear of your vermeil pieces we recommend:

  • Keep your vermeil clean by polishing with a clean and dry cloth. Wipe in one direction.
  • Keep your vermeil away from liquids and sea water. Do not wear your piece in the shower.
  • Store in its own pouch, away from other pieces.


What is Sterling Silver 925?

We use a high quality Sterling Silver, known as 925 Silver, which contains 92.5% silver and 7.5% alloy. 925 Silver is perfect for our TC designs as it is harder than pure silver, which is too soft to work with, and allows for more intricate and complex jewellery designs.

How to care for your Sterling Silver 925?

To ensure the longevity and to maintain the shine of your Sterling Silver 925 pieces we recommend the following:

  • Avoid contact with water.
  • Store in its original pouch or box.
  • Polish your jewellery, using a microfiber cloth to avoid scratching the pieces.

We carry a range of gold plated Sterling Silver 925, and recommend that following to ensure the longevity and care of your pieces:

  • Remove before swimming in chlorine or salt water.
  • Avoid contact with excessive sweat.
  • Allow your lotion, perfume or make up to settle before putting on your pieces.
  • Store your pieces individually in their original pouch or box, and don’t put them in contact with other pieces.
  • Clean with a dry microfibre, soft, cloth.


Our Huggies are designed to be a part of your elevated jewellery wardrobe, to ensure these last please be gentle when opening and closing. Excess force can mean that the post is pushed accidentally and bent, this will make your huggie hard to close.

Returns due to fault will not be accepted if:

  • The Huggie post is accidentally forced upon and bent.
  • General tarnish from wear.
  • Loss of charm from not closing your huggie or earring correctly.

Please note, all of our bespoke TC jewellery is made with a 925 Sterling Silver Base. We pride ourselves on providing top quality jewellery at an affordable price point.

To maintain our quality and unique products, while at the same time allowing our customers access to affordable designs, we use a gold plating process and a rhodium plating process on all of our jewellery.

If you have any sensitivities to wearing earrings that are not made of solid gold or silver, we suggest you reconsider your jewellery purchase as we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for any reactions relating to sensitivities.
